I agree also on this. It's really difficult to operate without funds, and we can't depend solely on donations to sustain our activities.

itself. Volunteerism is good but it is not sustainable in the long
run. If you look at most NGOs, the good ones that have been in
existence for a long time, all operate with a viable business model.
Some depend on donations. That is their business model.
Our organization must have one as well. We have tried pure
volunteerism and it does not work. At the very least we need funds to
sustain a small set of employees that can do the leg work for whatever
projects that we embark on.
