I18n deployment 2012-01-02

Currently it looks like there isn't going to be any significant new
things to be deployed next Monday.

We will probably enable WebFonts on a bpywiki (bug 33368), gendered
namespace aliases for Russian and pick up any small changes if any
that might come up before the deployment.
