This patch does two things:

1) adds -w to the default CompileScript: make command, outputting the directory that make currently is in. 
Very useful when a package has a large source tree,

2) adds an extra note to the end of the crash message telling the user to include the actual error message in
any email s/he sends to the list/maintainer.

I've fixed a few problems with the 1.0.0rc2-1008 package:

 * ASM fixes so it builds on XCode 3.0 on Intels
 * Small code patch to bring the video window to the front when started from the console. No dock icon if the
video output is disabled.
 * Default config uses vo=macosx ao=macosx with fontconfig and ass turned on for better subtitle support
out of the box

This has been tested on the following platforms:
 * 10.5 Intel with Xcode 3.1
 * 10.5 Intel with Xcode 3.0

Ultrastar Deluxe is a singing game, placed to /Application/Fink. This release has still some snapshot
character, as the party mode is not implemented. Rest works fine.

It is tested on 10.5/10.4 for intel and powerpc should go into 10.4 and 10.5 trees. 

The package should go to the section games.

The .info and .deb files validated well and rebuild with -m was successful.

I did checks re dependencies, but could not check on a bare system. Regarding the dependence on FreePascal,
it works with fpc 2.2.2.
