I'm spanish and I think the word "Aváncese" or "Avánzate" is incorrect.

The correct word would be "Avance" or in less formal version "Avanza". 
That would be the literal form.

Although, if I would have to say it in spanish, I would say "Supérese" 
(formal form) or "Supérate".
