Updated: vim-7.2.264-2

I have updated the version of vim to 7.2.264-2.

This is just a rebuild to enable the lost iconv functionality.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
