consultant for part-time work in Los Angeles area

insightcruises.com is looking for a backup consultant for me.

Task requires 10-20 hours a month of work, preferably by someone in the
Los Angeles, CA area, because Neil (the client) likes face-to-face
meetings, although he'll consider remote support as well.

Currently three FreeBSD VPS hosts, providing web, DNS, email, and most
importantly the booking and administration interfaces (in Perl) used
constantly by three people each weekday.  Soon to be replicated at
another VPS vendor.

Looking in particular for:

- Puppet-izing our config
- ZFS expertise for offsite snapshots and hot spare BCP
- PostgreSQL admin
- someone to replace me if I'm not available
- Perl is *not* required but would be a plus
