pkglint

Hi All,

python-26 won't publish from illumos-userland due to a pkglint failure:

ERROR userland.action002.0        hardlink usr/bin/isapython2.6 has unresolvable target '../lib/isaexec'

The target does exist, but pkglint can't resolve it because there's no pkglint-cache to search. We
disabled the pkglint cache a while ago:

I had a play around, and we can actually fix the pkglint-cache generation if we import this changeset from userland-gate:

I did this temporarily to get a pkglint-cache for illumos-userland on the build zone and have published
python-26 so that has fixed one of the big conflicts.

What is the plan with resyncing with userland-gate? I really don't think we can afford the time to manually
put every userland-gate changeset through our review process.
