Sysinst improvement

Hi,

This is not a big problem but if one enters a bad set directory path in 
sysinst, there is no way to change it but by restarting the whole process.

<path> does not contain the mandatory installation sets etc.tgz
and base.tgz.  Are you sure you've got the right directory?
