SS5 audio with 3.99.3

Hi all,

I have an SS5 (64MB, standard setup + 10/SCSI sbus card) that used to 
run 2.0.  It was rock solid except for the /bin/sh problem that's been 
mentioned recently.  Then I upgraded to 3.99.3 about a month ago (still 
rock solid!) and the internal speaker for the audio stopped working. 
Audio through headphones works fine, but for the life of me I cannot get 
it to play through the internal speaker.  Has anyone else seen this? 
What further information would be helpful in debugging this problem?
