The booth requests are usually for the whole week, but people are not required to be there everytime, which is why I ask for availability. If you can be here 2 days, and someone else another 3 that'd be nice for ex. > Any tips for accomodation? Usually student rooms are available quite cheap near the site, by registering. Plus you can buy tickets for lunches served at a nearby school restaurant. I didn't check this time how it's organized though, but it was this way both last years. The event entrance itself is free.
