Who to call? Finding property manager

My office is in Fairfax, VA. I need to go down for a week and would rather stay in my fifth wheel than at a hotel.
From Sunday to Friday, I'd stay at a local campground. On Friday morning, I'd need to pack up and park near
the office for the day.

There is a shopping center next to my office with a big parking lot that is generally not terribly populated
during the day. There's a corner of the parking lot that is a pretty straight shot into from the road and
would be the least populated.

My real question is - in this case, who would I call to park the truck + fifth wheel for the day? For the most
part, I just need a really big parking spot - but I'm sure my coworkers are going to be curious and will want to
check out the fifth wheel. Kohl's is the biggest store closest, but there is also a small strip of shops near
it. Is there anyway of finding out who the property manager is for a parking lot and calling them? I don't
like the idea of just parking it and heading into the office. I'm usually sequestered off in a windowless
conference room for the day.

Here's the area:

Thanks.
