Just had a chance to listen to the complete rent a family again .. Wow, 
still powerful.

I may have asked this to this very list years again but I'm still curious ==

The near-final monologue by the man - the "I want evil for everyone -- 
other's pain gives me pleasure" speech --- who do you think it is?  what is 
the point / how does it relate? is its placement at the almost finale 
important?
