Re: LRC for Africa?

This unit was apparently scrapped some time ago likely  due to altered trucks. Most likely the Federal Govt.
paid NRE Alco for the unit as it was likely a govt. loan/grant that was paying for the two units. It may have
been required to be scrapped. The second unit is still there likely untouched.
