Greens on the Super in VIA era...yes.  Some examples:

June 1980:
I rode in Green Lane on VIA No 3 from Toronto to Portage la Prairie
Greenwald, Green Court on VIA No 4 at Portage la Prairie

August 1981:
Green Lane, Greenfield, Greenway, Greenmount, Green Point on VIA No 3 at Portage la Prairie
Green Cabin on VIA No 4 at Portage la Prairie

In 1982, there were lots of Greens to be found at Winnipeg:
Greenbank, Greenwood, Greenmount
