Help baySeq

Hi all,

This is just a quick question regarding the comparison between the classical and your Bayesian approach.
In bayeseq, what FDR cutoff should I choose if I want to make a comparison with edgeR, where I for example take
a 5% cutoff on the adjusted p-values? (in fact, which one did you choose on your bayeseq paper for the real
data analysis?)
