Update: We are not exactly clear on what your analysis path is, but using the BAC Ends track would provide you with a direct link to the exact BAC(s) associated with the genomic region being viewed. To do this, open the track, click on a BAC name, then on the details page click on the BAC name again, We hope this helps, Jennifer ------------------------------------------------ Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group ----- "Jennifer Jackson" <jen <at> soe.ucsc.edu> wrote: > From: "Jennifer Jackson" <jen <at> soe.ucsc.edu> > To: "Hisaaki Kudo" <hisaaki.kudo <at> helsinki.fi> > Cc: genome <at> soe.ucsc.edu > Sent: Wednesday, September 30, 2009 9:52:11 AM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific > Subject: Re: [Genome] ordering BACs > > Hello, > > A good place to start is the NCBI Clone Registry: > http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/clone/index.html > > That said, there maybe multiple sources representing variants.
