Some are more feasible than others.  The plant in North Dakota pulls a 
stream of CO2 out of a coal gasifier.  Power plants that have gasifiers 
(IGCC) and coal-to-liquids plants with gasifiers are good candidates for 
CCS.  It is less certain that retrofitting existing conventional coal plants 
to pull CO2 out of the exhaust stack is feasible or commercially viable. 
Here's a video that describes one such attempt at a Wisconsin power plant as 
a "science project".
