Cisco - that is the way it is, clearly. The point I am trying to make is that we continue to develop "white papers" on "requirements" for a prototype (or actual) "operational" system, with a very large number of stakeholders (those that would use this) outside or only loosely linked to the process. I will be happy to remind ourselves of this in JAX, just in case some don't realize this.
