Earthquake Location, Windows 7

I am having trouble locating events for volcano tectonic earthquakes..  I have tried picking phases and locatin events using both the eev and mulplt command windown.  I have tried to use both '.seed' and Seisan format files.  The following example is an event that came from a '.seed' file.  All attempts yield the same error:

...
At line 2404 of file hyposub1.for
Fortran runtime error:  Bad value during floating point read
Retturn to continue
...

################

I am running Seisan 9.0 on a Windows 7 machine.

Here is the process I have been going through:

1. Open mulplt

wave file:  2011-05-21-0825-00S.A2181_003
(this file is located in the open WAV directory) attached
(s-file is '\SEISMO\REA\IJE_E\2011\05\21-0825-00L') attached

2. Select the emergent P-wave (EP)

3. Filter '1 20'

4. Azim (h)

5. Click in the window to select the CCMP time window
(satisfied with my azim and Co)

6. Select an 'I' on the top, single trace screen

7. Click 'Oth C' (o), click 'all' (a) (Which includes an option for 'Picked'), click 'Ok' (o)

8. Click 'Toggle' (t) to go back to the original screen with all three traces.

9. Click 'Locat' (l)

Here, the error is produced:

...
At line 2404 of file hyposub1.for
Fortran runtime error:  Bad value during floating point read
Retturn to continue
...

The S-file has an AZIMU and VELO recorded for an event labeled A2181BZ I.

I have tried to replicate this problem on the Windows side of a Mac (seisan 8.?, Windows 7 Virtual machine), and a different error was found:

...
run-time error M6291:  MAIN
- sqrt:  DOMAIN error
Image PC Routine Line Source
hyp.exe 004B5239 Unknown Unknown Unknown
...

This error, on the Mac machine, was returned when attempting to process the new A2181 file AND a file that had previously successfully been located on a previous version of Windows.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,

Jay
