Wikimedia Italia AGM

The AGM of Wikimedia Italia, the Italian chapter of the WMF, is called 
for Saturday 2nd September in Valentano (VT), Italy.

The agenda will likely be:
1. approval of the Meeting's Rules
2. Ratification of the decisions of the Directors' Board
3. Renewal of committee positions
4. Approval of 2005-2006 Financial Statement
5. Approval of 2006-2007 Provisional Statement
6. Planning of events and commitments of the Association
7. Wikimania 2007
8. Any other businesses

A few remainders:
* only members can vote, but everyone can take part at the AGM
* Frieda will soon email all the members explaining how to candidate for 
next year's Board
* The Financial statement for 2005-2006 will be soon available on the 
website http://www.wikimedia.it/ (any related question may be put to 
treasurer, M/)
* The meeting goes on on Sunday 3rd as well
