The Marchese et. al. presentation is very gratifying for HSG. It is $75,000 of the taxpayer's money very well spent. HSG members should note that the experimental work was done at BLP using existing equipment and fixtures. No way could have that work been done from scratch for $75,000. Using students (free) helps meet the budget. Some of the background data presented is from Mills' prior published work. I'm sure they did not run those experiments again. Of particular note for HSG members is the citation on the "background" page of previous observations of anomalous energy from discharges of hydrogen and certain noble gases. These citations have been made in recent BLP papers. They demonstrate that Mills is not alone in observing these effects, but he is the first to give a coherent theory for them. Measurements indicating thrust obtained are missing. Perhaps there will be more data in a final report. I'm looking forward to the next phase. Mike Carrell
