Hydrino compounds, reactions, properties - a layman's question

Would a hydrino/hydrino hydride peroxide have the same reactive properties
with, say, silver, manganese dioxide, platinum or iron oxide?

Is there a method of calculating what the (if any) reactions might be, short
of producing the compounds and lab-testing?

Just a curious notion...
