Hi Terence, Yes, HSPICE support N-port S parameter extraction. You can refer to "HSPICE simulation and analysis user guide", Version W-2005.03, for this feature. Generally speaking, for a N-port S parameter extraction, you need: 1. N port elements connected to the N port you specified. 2. .LIN command 3. .AC command to specify frequency sweep.
