What does "No description for directory entry"

Hello,

I am running docbook2x-texi on a book and getting the following message:

/book[@id='foo']: No description for directory entry

Could someone help me with this, I have no idea what it means?

Also, how actively developed is docbook2x?

The mailing list only seems to be used by spammers.
