DOCBOOK: Markup for OO concepts?

Hello,

I'm using Docbook to document an OO-based project (mainly Java). The
only specific OO element I've found is the Classname Element. How would
one markup things like methods and properties? I'm currently using the
functionsynopsis element for methods.
