Yes, which makes Apple potentially liable for Piracy. Interestingly enough the 
three guys who got nabbed here in Singapore for MP3 swapping were immediately 
branded Pirates by the media. Apple in contrast were only "potentially 
culpable for retroactive patent infringement". How's that for spin :)
